Front X member help.
Hello. A friend of mine owes a 1939 Ford Deluxe coupe. The front x member is in bad shape. Does anyone reproduce them? We can find companies that sell the rear but not the front. Thanks. Don

Re: Front X member help.
I have a nice original '37 front cross member listed here.... https://www.fordbarn.com/forum/showthread.php?t=10508 This should be the same as '39, since frames are basically the same from '35 to '40, but not 100% sure.

Nope,it's not.....39 Deluxe and all '40 are different in the engine mount height compared to '37/38 and 39 standard , regards, Colin.

I've got a very nice used front crossmember from a '40 Deluxe, if he's interested.
