Question Stuck 1940 Ford Door Hinge Pins

The door pins on my 40 tudor are rusted in place solid, and all attempts to remove them has not helped.
I have heated the hinge and pins with a propane torch and then tried to drive them out from the bottom up, tried to drill them out but drills dull(I think the pin material is hardened), soaked the hinge with PB blaster, and nothing works.
I have another set of doors waiting to go on, but short of dynamite I cant get the existing pins to budge.

Any remedies?
