Default Rebuilt engine

I'm looking for a good engine supplier for a touring style engine. Who do you all know? Or recommend?

Ive used Schwalms about a dozen times in the past. They are a little pricey but work fast if your in a time crunch.

You're probably not too far from J&M or Schwalms.

I had mine done at Schwalms and would highly recommend them.

Schwalms rebuilt my engine three years ago, my car is the slant window sedan and weighs in at 2,550 pounds with a 354 rear she can pull a long uphill incline with ease and runs quiet with the typical but minimal Model A vibration around 45 MPH. I strongly suggest Ora !

James Rogers did two for me. Had them done in about a month. I have 1500 trouble free miles on one engine. Lots of power. I am very happy with the engine and the price was as good as anyone. Highly recommended.

Any 265 or 283 Chevy will work just fine for touring purposes. Even if you get stuck in Central America, they'll get you going again in no time.
