Default Hack spare mount

I'm looking for the spare tire mount for my 1917 hack/delivery. Can anyone show me what the original mount would have looked like?
Thanks

As Ford never built a hack or delivery (not counting pie wagons from the teens) you can use what ever you want as there would be no right or wrong way to mount a spare tire.

Do to health reasons I'm new to the stock'er world, so I guess I should go back to the custom/rod world idea of coming up with ideas and parts as you go with your comment of "they didn't make that". I thought I left that all behind. Boy was I wrong but I'm glad I made the change.

But--- Ford really did not make a Depot Hack. That does not mean that it is a bad thing. If you wanted a Depot Hack you bought a commercial chassis for $325 & either had the custom body built or bought one from many companies that made bodies. Likewise if you wanted a spare tire mounted you either made a rack or bought an aftermarket one, so in effect there is no specific one required. Jack Daron offered a reproduction of one of these that he makes & it will be a good one.

Cheer up, we both woke up breathing again this morning, didn't we?

I am not sure how you got in way shape or form a knock against your question. Heck all you have to do is look at my avatar! Contact Jack or look in any of the T catalogs they all should have something. As far as placement, drivers side running board next to the driver.

I've attached a picture of what followed me home. The guy I bought it from was making a milt truck, but I collect Winchester lever guns so I want to turn it into a Winchester deliver truck. I must mention that I am having fun with it. The other attached photo is of a model for Colt and that's the direction I want to go with the milk truck. I have a couple of CAD machines for wood so the custom wood lettering and pictures aren't too much of a problem. I've already contacted Jack and I will be buying one of his.
