Default 1932 Wiring 1st or Floors?

I am at the point on my 1932 Roadster where I need to run the wiring harness throughout the car. Is it recommended to screw the floor boards in prior to running the wiring in from the engine compartment? Does it matter?

Thanks!

Assuming that you are referring to stock wiring, one wire that should be installed before the #1 floorboard is the one from main lighting wiring harness to the cowl lamps (if so equipped). The same applies to the cable from the starter switch on the steering gear to the starter motor over the top of the engine bell housing (assuming that it is a flathead V-8).
