'36 Radio Head Question
I'm restoring the stock radio control head in my '36. Due to age and fading, I can't tell what the color should be on the enclosure the dial fits into. Can anyone tell me the correct color, please?
Thanks, -Bob |

Re: '36 Radio Head Question
Bob the finish for your radio control head depends on whether you have a Benton grey dash or a woodgrained dash. Benton grey means dark taupe bezel (no chrome) Wood grained dash means chrome bezel with brown space between knobs. See following images

Re: '36 Radio Head Question
Don,
Thanks for chiming in on this. I'll have the Benton grey dash with the ivory knobs, like the one you show on the left picture. I'm wondering about the color of the interior of the housing, behind the glass. Thanks for your help, -Bob |

Re: '36 Radio Head Question
I have the Benton gray bezel and the interior is a slightly off white (toward cream) with a semi gloss finish.
