Are the wheels rim true when spun. Looking for less than an 1/8" variance on how strait the rims are. You can also suspend it in the center and tap the spokes with a wrench. You should get the same tone on each spoke. If not the same tone then different tensions exist on the spokes will mean some bend in the rim.

I am in San Diego CA but if they are true enough I would like to handle whatever freight would be. Thanks
