8BA What are these bolts for?
This engine was in the car with a head, intake and other accessories removed. The previous owner did put the bolts, etc in bags. It also came with a 2nd engine that I have left alone for reference. I haven't figured what these bolts and unique spaces might be for? Please give me some ideas?

I don't think they are Ford bolts. I don't think Ford ever used Nylok nuts. Plus, the spacers seem to be an attempt at something out of the ordinary.

Re: 8BA What are these bolts for?
Those do not look like Ford bolts. Never seen them on an 8BA.
Perhaps someone used them on an A/c or alternator bracket set up. Last edited by 19Fordy; 08-16-2022 at 02:54 PM. |
