Default Nice Sunday afternoon drive completed.

My wife and I just got back from a 50 mile Sunday afternoon drive thru the countryside. We like to pick routes we've never been on before. Lil Red has a sweet spot around 45 mph and traveling along old roads is great plus it keeps my wife interested in the truck - family time. Our weather here in central PA has been wonderful - flowers up and trees budding. Hope you were able to get your flathead on the road today.

did the same yesterday, wife was out of town so had to go alone, which is good sometimes. beautiful clear skies,80 deg. great day to take the 46 out for a ride in the country, stopped in a small town cafe for lunch. the kind of day that makes all that work on the car worth every minute and dollar

did the same. weather in southern ontario is exceptionally warm, about 65 degrees today. pushed the 32 roadster out, cleaned the white walls, checked the tires and fluids an went on the first run of the season, about 70 miles. put her away in the garage, we will probably have more snow before spring comes to stay. great to get an early spring run in though.

Last friday I took my 52 f1 up to Richmond Virginia to see an old friend. he is in his late 80s and not well. I took him for a drive all around his old stomping grounds. It really made his day, but not as much as mine. The ride put smiles on bothe our faces....

Nice 40 Standard. I prefer them over the Deluxe.
