I wish someone would repro the brush holders, both the 3 brush and the 5 brush, but none have been made for quite a few years.

I have repaired broken ones by using JB weld.

Do you have a voltage regulator for a power house generator? How hard is the installation? A friend has a five brush.

Thanks

It is Bakelite, which breaks easy. I have thought about trying to make some of the rings, but reproducing the actual holders and attaching them without the rings busting still looms large in my mind. Maybe I will start trying to make the molds and a trial at a couple of different plastics this winter. One thing about this hobbie is it is participant driven and many have stepped to the plate to fill a nitch. Rod

When I get back home I may have a broken 5 brush ring I can send to you. I saved it for the brush holders so I did not have to ruin a good one to get dimensions for the holders. Will see if I can locate it. Rod

I sure am glad to see this thread! The first thing I check for when I get the latest catalog is the "New Items" hoping someone has started to reproduce both 3 & 5 brush holders and offer a rewound armature with a new commutator. I like the 5 brush but I have a few of both kinds of Power houses that I would like to see if I could get working again. John
