I tried to help a person in the "wanted" section but was unable to. It said I didn't have credentials or some other gibberish. New and improved ? Not so much.

Pretty sure the HAMB is not on Facebook. I don't think there are any "Normal" HAMBers either

I understand the frustration though...it takes a while for me to get my bearings when things change.

Lemme see if I can help you get your password recovered;

First, go to the HAMB page (Click Here)

Next, find the sign in/sign up link at the top right hand corner of the screen (I circled it in red);

Then, click "forgot your password?" (circled in red)

Fill out this 'window' and you'll get an email with password reset instructions;

You can't post to the classifieds. You'll have to send the poster a message. PM me and I'll help however I can.

That is a feature that I really liked also. Maybe it'll make a come back. It is a version 7.0 - there could be a 7.1 version coming soon.

Over all I like it. I would venture to say that the current version is geared (formatted) more for phone/ipad app users.

gwhite, Thanks I did all the stuff you illustrated on my own, but I'm sure it will help others. Not sure if the two numbers in Verification spep need to be seperate or meshed into one number. I've used my HAMB ID and email address, try to request a new password 3-4 times per hour. Guess the other tens of thousand members are cloging the email reply with secret code and uber secret password. Bob

I think you should PM Ryan with your concerns...you'll probably get farther bringing the issues to him in person than 'airing it out' on the web. JMO.

If you don't like the way the new HAMB layout looks, there is a way to get back to one that more closely matches the old one (and current Fordbarn one).

Here's how:

Edit: The option to switch to a different theme has been removed from the user preferences.

Me either; are you using the mobile app, Mike? I don't even see where there is a choice offered for default browser.

Me either, all I can change at that page is the time zone.
