Default ahooga horn location on RHD Model A

My new girlfriend fell in love with my RHD Model A that I'm just putting the final touches on and she wants me to bring it along when I go see her mom and pop for the first time where they drive on the wrong side of the street. She says that all Model A's have the horn directly in front of the driver so that drivers coming from the other direction can hear it better. I want to make a good impression on her parents and not come across as not knowing anything. Is she just yanking my chain, or in this case, trying to toot my horn? Will the Model A horn bracket fit on the right side of the light bar? What do you guys think? Thanks.

Lefty

RHD has the horn hanging from the same left hand headlight as USA.

And radiator surrounds only have a horn wire hole on left.

She is yanking your chain.

As Pooch said, it's on the same left side as in the USA. The headlight bar has a special shape on that side on the bottom just for the horn bracket.

Mmmmmmm
After they filmed King Kong in New Zealand, did the horns appear on the right side following the filming since I was told they just flipped the Model A's digitally or whatever to eliminate the RHD situation in the cars used for the movie?
Thanks.

Is that the movie with Jack Black, about 2005 or so ?

Will have to check and get a freeze frame close up to see if the radiator shell ford badge is written backwards.

Al,
she may have yanked your chain, but the light definitely came on. You knew who to ask for expert advice and now you're in the know.

I agree, horn on the left side. Never seen a radiator surround with a hole on the right hand side here in Australia. As mentioned earlier the headlamp bar and surround are set up for the horn on the left.

I have just fitted the horns on my RHD 28 Roadster and Phaeton, definitely on the left. I have 4 rad surrounds, all have the extra hole on the left.

Thanks.
They didn't flip them -several of our local cars were used . Each was driven by its owner who wore a black T shirt -Alongside him/her was an actor holding a steering wheel and pretending to drive -In post production the real driver was "blacked" out giving the appearance of a Left hand driven car -Karl
