I know I have seen discussions on this subject, but can't find in search. Please point me in the right direction.

ASSEMBLY PLANT NUMBERS is what you are looking for and will find doing a search.

Here's a pic of my 1931 pickup number from the Saint Paul, MN assembly plant.
