Default Looking for condenser value for 289

I have done a ton of google searches but can't find what the value of the condenser should be for a 1966 4V 289 (non hipo) in a mustang. With condenser quality going downhill would like to know what I should be looking to get. Is there a listing somewhere?

.21-.25 mfd
Minimum leakage 10 megohms
Maximum series resistance 1 ohm
