I hate to pick nits on this truck but the pin stripe should be single stripe 3/32' wide and 5/8" below belt mold, not on it and not a double stripe. No pin stripe on hood side louvers. Ford script on tail gate should be body color. Rear spreader bar should be solid, no holes to mount bumper till 36. Looks like it has a 34 tall oil filler tube. No scoop filler tube vent. No wiper arm. Still a super nice looking truck.

I agree with the above poster. I had three of these trucks and the best one with original paint had an original stripe below the lower rib about 3/4 in. and at the radiator end of the hood it kicked up just a bit. Mine was same color but I added wide white walls to "slick" it up a bit. It is someplace on Long Island, N.Y. now I guess.

Look at the inside of the driver door. Must have 36 doors on it. 35 did not have a door pull. Wrong fuel pump.
But as a whole it's a very nice truck and it would fit in my garage very will. Chet/Ma.

Lawson, is the "Ford" on the tailgate painted red correct? I thought it was supposed to remain body color.

Exactamundo Chet. I missed that. It is pretty late in 35 with it looks like 9 push pins across the top of the door trim panel, but it still has the distinct angle where the A pillar meets the cowl. In 36 Ford went to the 1/4" channel below the window which held the top of the trim panel.

Since you are picking nits, I will add to the list. The door panel push pins appear to be stainless, should be black. The rear view mirror should be black. The inside door handles appear to be incorrect. The red tailgate moulding is incorrect.
I sure would like to own it!!!!!!!!!!!!

The doors were revised several times in 1935-36 and the late 35 pickup doors did have a pull as this truck has.

Also, the red stripe is incorrect for a black pickup,as it should br Bright Apple Green.
