You are absolutely right, of course. But that approach is along the lines of "turn the other cheek" that I haven't been too good at.

I usually just give look of disgust and that tells people to shut up and go away.

A friend of mine told me,"Does't matter what anybody says. Words will never hurt you, but they better not put their &*(^&$# hands on me."

OLD HENRY ....................
I can't imagine, who would give you a hard time.
You are an inspiration to me, with all the miles you put on your Ford. It doesn't even matter, to you, what the weather is.
Keep 'em rolling.

Yeah. That's me, other than less hair and a lot more stomach.

I don't know Craig, get a hobby maybe... May I suggest old fords! You know I'm just joking, I enjoy most of your threads. Especially your pictures of your driving adventures! What's next on the horizon!

Next week I hope to make it to "City of Rocks National Reserve" in southern Idaho. (http://www.nps.gov/ciro/index.htm) I hoped to get there on my Grouse Creek trip and my Tetons trip (which I didn't report) but the roads were too muddy. (All unpaved roads.) We'll see if this third time is the charm.

Thanks for asking.

Keep the stories coming Prof, you've been a great help to me.

Ignore the "whip dicks".
