1929 Ford Model A Roadster Pickup. Ole #7. This is a recent '40's style Hot Rod that we built to take to "The Race of Gentlemen" in Wildwood, NJ. The truck has a stock Model A drivetrain with a 4-speed AA transmission. Everything from front to back has been completely rebuilt and works as it should. It is all Henry Ford steel and is built to use and drive. 1940 Ford hydraulic brakes.

I have a full set of top bows that will go with the truck if you decided to put a top on it.

Here's a list of what has been done to get this great little truck going.

Completely disassembled and painted from one end to the other.
Body is painted 1946 Ford Feather Gray with a darker gray reveal. Lettering is EASILY removable if you so desire.
The interior is new with seat, door panels, and sail panel extensions covered in dark gray vinyl.
New rubber floor mat with new floorboards.
New stained and cleared wood in the bed with new metal strips.
New bed chains.
New wooden body and bed blocks.
New wheel cylinders with new brake master cylinder.
New 5.50x16" Excelsior front tires and New 7.50x16" Hand Grooved rear tires
New wiring from front to rear with all new lights and polished stainless model A 12v tail lights.
New ignition switch
New headlight lamps in restored Vintage BLC 682 headlights on customized '32 Ford headlight stands.
New 7 gal Spun Aluminum Moon type fuel tank w/new electric fuel pump and new fuel line.
New 750CA 12v deep cycle battery w/ new 2/0 battery cables enclosed in a Vintage metal drink cooler.
New aluminum Flathead Ford V8 radiator with custom built hoses to allow a future V8 conversion if desired.
New One-Wire GM 12v alternator with custom built brackets.
New exhaust with custom built muffler and 3" turnout. Sounds GREAT.

3" chopped windshield and posts with new safety glass windshield.
1940 Ford wheels 4" fronts and 4.5" rears, with '40 Ford hubcaps and beauty rings.
A full cab, canvas tonneau cover will be included with the sale.

The truck runs and drives great and we have driven it ALOT lately.

Other than the 12v system, this truck would be exactly what someone in the 40's would have built to Hot Rod around in.

As always, we will consider any realistic offer or partial pre '49 Ford trade. Offers or any other questions can be sent to my email address: [email protected]

Thanks,
Kevin
