Paint quality under the Windsheild visor.
Just removed a 1929 60C Fordor visor from the cutoff windsheild/door posts. This was tacked on to the wood header at one time and then leaded into the door post, lots of lead. It was then nicely finished, primed and painted with the rest of the body. How was the finish under there, and how have restorers gained an acceptable finish in a hard to get to area? Bob

Re: Paint quality under the Windsheild visor.
what I like to do under the visors, is first get the body ready for paint than mask off the outside of the visor and paint the underside of the visor and the upper front header panel then mask them off and paint the rest of the body.
