I'll second that. Not to take anything away from Bratton's or Snyder's, but my experience with Mike's has been nothing but A+.

I've had A+ experience with Brattons, Snyders and Berts.
5 yrs. ago i purchased Cartouch upholstery from MAC's and all the issues I had were handled in a very courteous, professional manner.

Hi
I ordered by all three, Brattons, Snyders and Macs. Were all friendly and fast. The prices are very similar. My impression is that there are parts that you are better at one or other purchases. Cast Brake drums i bought at Snyders for example. Bratton is good for used parts. I bought rear Axles at Bratton, very good condition for 60 Bucks.
I think all have their advantages and no one is really bad.
Greetings Barney

Brattons is excellent and generally a good value.

I do not use Mike's as they have charged a packaging price on top of shipping cost. Also I live in Georgia and I prefer not to pay sells tax on top of shipping and packaging.

Also Bratton's uses Fed Ex to ship and Fed Ex service is far better than UPS. Walter is very knowledgeable about Model A and he's always available to answer questions, such as: Did you know that the rumble seat bottom cushion does not attach to anything. Henry decided not to bolt the bottom seat down.

I use Mikes in Georgia and Snyder's exclusively. Mikes is about 1/12 hours drive from Gray Court SC. Nice drive. I have never been disappointed with either one. Had bad luck with Macs and will never buy from them again .Also, Early Ford V8 Sales in Piedmont Sc is another good one. He also sells model a parts.

Brattons and Snyders both carry the best reproduction parts that are available. I've bought lots of parts from both over the years. Any problems that I ever had with either was promptly taken care of. Shipping use to be quicker from Bratton. Then Snyders got quicker. I can usually get parts within two days from Snyders. I buy most of my parts from Snyders

Years ago, I used to buy all of my Model T and Model A parts from Pete Peterson who originally started Little Dearborn in Minneaposis. ALL of his parts were authentic Ford NOS parts. I believe Pete retired from Ford Motor Company and went around to all the Ford dealers in the upper Midwest (who he personnly knew) buying-up all of their Model T & A parts and moving them to Minneapolis in the 60's or so. Pete has been gone for years and I think his son-in-law took over the business, but he may have since sold out also. A Model A friend of mine uses Little Dearborn frequently and really likes their parts and service???

I have mostly used Snyders, for 20 years. They will sell you junk if that's all that's available. IF YOU ASK, they will provide honest info about quality, but you have to ask. If you get one of the order girls on the line, ask if you can talk to Don first.

Have used both Bratton's and Snyder's. Recently placed several large orders for engine parts from Snyder's and received them next day. Both are very good and fair. Have not ordered from MAC's since change of ownership but previous owner did me right when I had a problem.

I always go to Bratton's. They are always nice to deal with and the owner and tech support are always available. No experience with Snyder's.

I was wondering the same thing. Seems to be a recent thing, posts a year or more old coming back.

I order from both, since I am in Ohio Snyder's is super-quick. personally I think Bratton's is a little more forthcoming in the catalog about problems with certain repro parts.
