Anyone tell me where the two small wires go on a 47 generator? Thanks

'small' wires... One is a ground, lower terminal on side of gen, one is field, upper terminal on side of gen. These terms should be marked (stamped) on side of gen. Other end of same wires should be 'traceable' to same marked terms on regulator.

Thanks BobH, Someone had put the grd wire and the field wire together on the field terminal,just wondered which was right. Thanks , Moe
