Help with measurements...'32 pickup

I am trying to save another one, this time a '32 Ford pickup. Only problem, it came with a reproduction (fender-less) boxed frame...no mounting holes! The only frame of reference I have are the front spreader bar holes and the (3) mounting holes for the fire wall.
I need to know location of forward running board bolt hole. How far back from front firewall hole? I know one is on the top of the frame rail and the other in in the bottom.
How far is the top of the middle of the rear fender up the vertical side to where it meets the angled portion of the bed side?
How much space between the back of the cab and the bed?
How far between the top of the middle of the bed front to the bottom of the reveal on the back of the '32 cab?
How many cab mounting bolt holes and their location?
