Are the bed strips in a 30 deluxe delivery the same a pickup bed strips?

Don't believe so. It seems like I explored this a few years ago. I think I have one original D/D bedstrip to use as a sample to make some on my Pullmax.

No they are NOT. They were only used in the 1930 -1931 130-B ONLY . I am in the workings to have some made. here is what they look like

How soon are you going to have some available because there is no sense in me making the die if you are going to make them commercially. I am going to need some within the next 6-8 weeks.

I won't have them done that soon. I don't have a time table ,Sorry.

Brent I have one orig if you need it and I gave gordon one to use for a sample also. let me know when you get going on these and are you going to sell these or just for your own use? Denny

I will probably make an extra set or so if there is a need for them.

My plan is to make multiple sets because I have had Delivery owners requesting them . When I get ready to make them ,then I will put a shout out and take orders .

LOL yes they did but I think he misses the good old u.s.a. and will be ready to come home shortly. He get on here once in a while and probably will be reading this and getting a laugh.

I remember back, being confused about the bed strips too. Thought the 5 pickup strips were the same and figured I could get after markets. Wrapped my 6 originals rusty, bent ones with some old gutter channel and stuck it in the corner. So glad they didn't disappear. Worth there weight in gold. My buddy/painter worked them for awhile (then he worked my wallet) and they came out amazing. Those and rear corner panels got to be some of the rarest chunks of metal these days.

Yes brent I am face book friends wih him too and just got off the wire with him he said yes he wants a set also. He will be back here in Aug for a visit. I wonder if he can still speak english?lol

You guys are killing me. I am over here helping to bring Ford vehicles to Asia [btw, Focus is now the number one vehicle brand in China] but am way more than ready to come home and work on my Model A when the assignment is over. I definitely miss it as well as the Model A community.
