Re: Project getting close to the finish line
Hi Tom, Glad you're coming close to the end zone. You car is beautiful. I am happy for you and still appreciative for the MCF air cleaner you sold me years ago when your current adventure began. Jim

Re: Project getting close to the finish line
Yowza; absolutely gorgeous. The contrast of the exterior and
engine colors is beautiful. I'm green with envy..... (And that stellar grille is making my jeans tight.) |

Round two, driver side board and fender then its time to roll! Its amazing how much size difference on my tires was. 700-16 and 550-16 on the fronts.

Re: Project getting close to the finish line
Only part left is a new rubber mat for the front floor interior. Thinking black this time instead of beige. Thanks to all for kind words and help over the years!

Re: Project getting close to the finish line
One more for the group, interior is done except floor mat. It was a LeBarron Bonney kit from ten years ago. Was going to change it but was in great shape and really matched the blue color nicely .

Re: Project getting close to the finish line
Tonights work was a bear, driver side fender did not want to fit right! Three hours later all good. Next up, get the hood lovers on and she is ready to dance!

Re: Project getting close to the finish line
I have a couple of videos of the exhaust and engine running but not sure how to post those? Anyway, this is a picture of me with the car in 1977, the day we drove her home. Just an 18 year old kid with long hair...now mostly gray!

Re: Project getting close to the finish line
The last parts to go on, hood with side louvers....glad I had help tonight. Tricky to do and not scratch any paint! Now discovered a leaky wheel cylinder so replacing both fronts and then will be good to roll!
