Exclamation Unique fuel pump?....

In the three videos below, the guy is able to prime his flathead before startup by manually operating his mechanical fuel pump with a lever attached to the pump. I'm not familiar with a fuel pump such as this. I think it's a pretty good/handy design. Are these fuel pumps unique to British Ford's? Are they still made? Do any of you have such a pump on your flatheads? I would prefer one of these as opposed to an electric pump....
