![]() City:
McClellandtown
State:
PA
Price:
$3000
1930 pickup pulled from a barn a few weeks ago. Wooden bed. Not running. Spare engine, hubs, backing plates, wide bed tailgate, steering column& more included. Needs patch panels, cab corners & back bottom, splash sheilds. Seed separator & farm accessories included. Got more attention at our Sept 11 car show than, seriously, a dual cowl Duesenberg that was there ! Lots of fun with the crowd .

Love the old truck. No room for it even if I had the money. LOL

No, Dave, It is without a doubt a pickup cab. I was a kid of 16 when my dad and me removed this cab from a farm truck we had given to us. We only wanted the fenders, and in the 60's, people would give you these things just to get rid of them !

I giggled a little thinking of a play on the word "title"
Yes. The title of the pickup is "Sir Lord Pickupsly of Rustwich"

It sure doesn't look like an original pick up cab to me either ! Or let me put it this way the back panel is not from a pick up and the seat is not from a pick up and

Obviously the seat isn't a truck seat, but this is in fact an original 30' truck cab. If you've ever restored one, you'd recognize all of the signs.

Yeah. I don't see why people are saying that the rear of the cab is not pickup....
Looks like a 1930 Pickup to me! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Thanks for the support, guys, I'm startin to feel like sharkbait out here! The seatback is, I believe from a coupe. it's got houndstooth cloth on it. Don't know what the bottom is from, it's leather and it held my keister when I was a kid is all I know ! By the way, did I say this has a near perfect firewall ? ( it all goes downhill from there, but it's priced to match ! )

Some nice pictures Jason of what D D's truck could morph into. Lots of work but I too think the price is not outrageous.

I would also like your phone contact information. It would be faster than email. You can send privately to [email protected], if you would prefer.
