Simple fulcrum driven M.C. for '34
Just thought one of you guys might want to make one these.
I scraped an earlier design that was getting way too involved. I made this from 1/4" scrap plate I had on hand, 3/16" would be fine too. Cut everything with my SawsAll and finished with disc sander. Only machining was fitting the bushings into the cross tube. Hyme joints were from Summit Speed Shop and M.C. was only $60 from O'Rilley. Welded everything with my TIG welder. Works great. Jim |

Are you using the stock `34 pull arm on the pedal ? are you using a 1 to 1 ratio on the bellcrank ? I see you had another hole not being used that would have increased the leverage, did you find it to be unnecessary ? and what bore is the master cyl you used ? thanks

yes, stock pull arm on pedal. If you check the dwg, it's not quite 1 to 1. I shot in a second hole just in case it was needed. bore is 1".
Not in operation yet, still running the brake lines etc. Jim |

I did something similar years ago to my '34 Tudor - worked well. I had F100 fronts and 42-48 rears...
