Default Death of My Father

Hi All,
My father passed away on Monday, March 20 at the age of 90. He loved this forum and though you did not know it, frequently told me about the various posts and posters. He frequently new the answers to the various questions and your names, but was unfamiliar with the keyboard and could not type fast enough or peck in order to answer. He had many cars over the years but loved his 35 and 39 coupes. He still had the 39 which we were able to take to a local cruise-in last fall. Just wanted to let you all know how much he enjoyed this forum for 1932-1953 Fords.

Sorry to hear of your loss, my Dad passed at a similar age. It's nice to know, though that he had the enjoyment of following a vibrant and good natured forum.
Condolences.

Mart.

Sorry you had to lose him, but happy to hear he found enjoyment in this community. Good to hear you are getting his car out. He would be happy hearing that.

Sorry for your loss and I know how you feel my father past away in 2013 and he would have been 92 this year. You should feel fortunate because you both shared the love of vintage cars because my father and I didn't although I sure miss his investment advice he was always bang on!

I'm very sorry to hear about the loss of your Father, I lost mine in 1995 . . . I still see him in my dreams quite often. They stay in your heart, thoughts and deeds - your whole life.

Also, thanks for letting us know that he spent time on and enjoyed this site/forum . . . made me smile and hope that maybe, just maybe he read one of my posts and didn't laugh out loud and exclaim 'what the heck was he thinking???'! Take care

Sorry for your loss. Be thankful for the many good years together. I lost my Daddy in1956 at the age of 62. Golly I miss him. In his day he bought 25 straight new Fords from the local Ford dealer: Ace Motors in Woodbury, NJ. 4 were Model As and several were eV-8's.
