Default Title for 1922 speedster

I am located in Kentucky and thinking of buying a 1922 speedster located in Ohio. The problem is the speedster doesn't have a title. The Ohio DMV will provide the seller with a title, however the title will show a 2010 Ford Model T. Kentucky DMV will accept that title, but it will also show a 2010 Ford Model T. That causes several problems, it cannot be registered as a historic vehicle, it will have to be valued by the county PVA for tax purposes and there is some question if it can be insured as an antique vehicle. Has anybody out there ran into this problem? There must be a legal way to title this car correctly as a 1922 Model T, there is no such thing as a 2010 Model T.

Register the car in a state that does not require title for a vintage vehicle. In Alabama, your registration is your "title" for pre-74(?) cars, and period-correct cars can carry a vintage tag from the year of manufacture.

If you need more information, let me know.
