I would assume that a trunk lid from a long door 46-48 Ford and Merc would fit but the trunk trim holes would be different.

The long door coupe trunk lid should be the same as the convertible

The long door coupe trunk lid is also the same as a short door coupe. You could use a 47/48 but it would mean drilling holes for the 46 trim and deleting the holes for the 47/48 "ford spear"
