After resurfacing the flywheel and replacing the clutch disc, pressure plate, and throw out bearing, the chatter is still there the same as before. Just the nature of the beast I guess. Not too big a deal. I've pretty much learned to all but eliminate it by the way I use the clutch.

The vibration was caused by my totally worn out U-joint. Replaced that and it is gone.

While the transmission was out I installed a thicker spacer so now my syncro works great that wasn't before.
