Ken, if it's in NE Florida, I might be able to take a look at it. Without pictures and/or a detailed description, any price/guess placed on it would be worthless.

HOWEVER, being sorta worthless myself ... $2,000 to $12,000 ....

At least you now have a "figure"

(You coming to Moultrie?)

A method that has worked for me if I'm unsure of a value for a complete unit . What is the value of it in parts ? You didn't mention the word " RUST " and if it isn't rusty I would think the price would be above $ 6,000 . If nice it should do better than that . Does the motor have aluminum heads ? That will help a little . Title ? Does the tranny match the frame-title ?

Tell him to get some pictures and advertise it here and on HAMB since it doesn't cost anything. It is difficult to go up on the price but easy to go down (which is what I expect he will have to do, probably to about $5,000 but without more info it is impossible to tell). He should find out pretty quick and you will be off the hook. Any chance it's a roadster pickup, in which case the $10,000 is low? By the way, if he has two good truck fenders are the other two bad and are they front or rear or one of each?

Ken, if he lives anywhere near Mr Moose or Vic. Mayby they would go take a look at it and estimate its value. They may also be willing to take some pictures to post hear on this thread or maybe on a for sale ad. If he is your best friend try to help him out. Also, a member of fordbarn my appreciate getting a vehicle like that.

This guy is looking for $14,500 for his (picts off his ad below) on Boston Craigslist. I wouldn't mind getting that for my '34 dump. Maybe they are worth more than I think.
