Default Briggs Body vs. Ford Body

Is there a plus or a minus to purchasing a 1930 A Cabriolet with a Briggs manufactured body versus a Ford manufactured body?

Thanks.

Ford never built Cabriolet bodies, they were all built by Briggs. Ford did build some bodies such as the Tudor Sedan, Open Cab Pickup, etc etc etc.

If you're asking how the cabriolet body compares to the Ford built bodies like the coupe, there is one big difference and that is that the cabriolet was all framed up with wood, which can make one a real challenge to restore.
