Default spark plug question

Is a 3212 NGK plug what i need to replace the h-10 champion. I have a old champion tester that puts the plugs under pressure when they fire.I
had one plug that acted like it wanted to fire with a bout 100 lbs pressure the rest would barley spark. This might be some of my idleing problems.

I have used NGK plugs for several years.NGK also makes a hotter plug. NGK B-4L. I like the B-4L's better... Tom..
