Removing inlet pipe from fuel pump stand
Has anyone tried to remove the oil inlet pipe from the aluminum base on an early Ford fuel pump stand? Can it be done? I don't want to screw anything up if I can help it. Many thanks.

They're tough! I broke the base on a stand where I tried to do this. I would put it in the "too hard" category.

Re: Removing inlet pipe from fuel pump stand
Ive done it before ,its a little tough because there isnt much to hold on to. The oil filler tube is way longer on the V12s but the bases are the same ,Ive swapped them around before. It helps to warm the base some .
