1940 Ford DeLuxe Tudor Sedan. This is a solid and attractive car with great rust free floor pans and tool box. Good running later 59A 239cid engine. Always runs cool; never overheats. Brakes work fine. New clutch, master cylinder, carburetor, fuel pump. Has both a radio and heater. Tube shocks and radial tires. 3.54 rear end. Very clean interior. Imron paint is OK with some damage and wear showing.
Trim is really nice and looks to be a mix of original and reproduction parts. This is a nice tight old car that needs a good cleaning and someone to love her, fix a few things, polish her up really well and enjoy driving her around. The car would benefit from a dual exhaust system, leaks a bit of oil and needs some work on the lighting circuit. Once owned by respected NW artist William Reese of Wenatchee, WA. I bought this car 1 year ago, have spent some $$ having work done on it. But I haven’t used the car at all. |
