I am new to this forum and uncertain about reaching out to people that I do not know. I had an issue with the locks and trunk handle of a 1941 ford. Incomplete key set and incorrect key. Based on positive comments that I read on this forum about 32phil, I decided to take a chance.
I had several conversations with this gentleman, I sent him my items that I needed help with and he inspected them and called me back with a plan.
I received them from him today (fast turn around).
Not only did he meet my needs but he exceeded my expectations. He repaired, cleaned and did his best to match every detail so that the completed items appeared exactly the same as one would expect to see on this car.
His price was, from my perspective, very reasonable and I found him to be very knowledgeable, accommodating, pleasant and very helpful. I am very impressed with his efforts on my behalf and the gentlemanly manner in which he interacted with me. I highly recommend this gentleman and the service that he extended to me. 32 Phil did a couple of 1932-34 trunk / rumble handle locks for me. Good work, good price.
