Default How has anyone delt with this zerk problem?

47 sedan U-joint zerk. It's a 90° fitting but is too close to the frame member to get a grease gun onto.

I've tried to find a little elbow that would screw in its place that I could put a tube on to extend it beyond the frame member but haven't found one.

Anyone else had this problem and found a solution?
