Unhappy 1946 ford front door hinges adjustments

Hi,
Can someone please tell me how to adjust the front door hinges, left front door is striking the front door post very hard when closing?

Also, can someone also tell me how to replace the front door vent window rubber.
Thanks and best regards to all.

You can place a piece of wood between the door and the post then closing the door against it will spread the hinge thereby moving it away from the post.
