Default 1933-1934 Ford Cabriolet Seat Frame

Frame for a '34 Cabriolet seat, assume it fits '33 too. I'm a '36 guy, so I don't know if this fits coupes or other body styles. Does not include metal brackets, but the guy I bought it from included rough instructions (pictured) to make the brackets. $300 plus shipping from Chicago.
