Default V8 emblems

A friend found these at a yard sale. I'm a model A guy and don't know these pieces. Any help with years and values is appreciated.
Thanks, Jeff

Swap meet values = put them all in the $5 box.

The last 2 pictures, the 33 V8 and the 32 are worth considerably more then $5.
Have seen original 32 grille shell, radiator ornaments go for 250-350 on ebay that were in the same condition. The other stuff--not high dollar.

I agree that the 32 grill ornament would probably sell for at least 200, if not more. That was a nice score!

The condition is perdect for a lot of guys building traditional hot rods. If I had an original 32, you could bet I would pay good money for it. Just because it has patina and wear does not really bring the value down to much.

To some that 32 piece with patina is worth more than a "cherry" one. JMO

Yeah, Ford38V8--I'm not a patina guy myself either but I see what they pay for usable used parts.

I should mention that the tip is missing on the '32 piece. I didn't realize it doesn't show that in the picture.

Some time ago, I bought a center grill bar for my '38 that still has the original Ford Blue paint in the V8, and just a bit of blister patina. I never got around to putting it on, but I treasure that a lot more than the restored re-chromed one that i'm running. Nothing like original sharpness.

It will still bring a pretty good price without the tip.

Nice score. I believe that these V8 Badges are off the Hoods of 1937 Ford Pickups and Trucks.

The horn part in the first two pictures appears to be 37. Without the rod, in my opinion is is not worth a whole lot, but the button itself for a 37 is not reproduced that I have been able to locate. As Mercman posted above, those are 37 pickup and truck hood side emblems. The studs that are missing can be easily replaced...I have one with the stud replaced on one of mine for at least 15 years. Prices for OEM ones vary greatly from a few bucks up...I sold a decent OEM set at Moultrie for $50 within the past two weeks. I would try cleaning yours...you may be surprised how well they clean up.

Thanks for the info on these pieces. I passed this info on to my buddy (who owns these parts), and he, most likely, will take them to Turlock in January. I passed the names and numbers of those that want some of these things on to him.

Those emblems from the hood sides of a '37 pickup are scarce and in great demand. A couple of years ago I sold a pair on eBay for $75.

Hi Everyone, Here are some details of a 'Barn'ers' '37 Stake Body.

I think I'd find where that yard sale was held at and make contact with them. Those aren't standard yard sale crap at all!

Nobody is taking a shot at the cap in the first two pictures? I guess there are gas caps, radiator caps, and spare tire caps. Is that really a ford V-8? It really looks like it should twist on.
