Dennis Carpenter has them listed in his catalog, online version too. Part number 91A-6055. A tad on the pricey side.

I see Dennis Carpenter's sleeves are $40.00. I know locally I can have one cylinder bored, honed and piston fitted for 40.00. BUT I know my block will never be original again.......I say go with the sleeves!
