Default Hartung Auction

I heard that there is a $100 charge to get into the auction, even if you are not a bidder. Is this a fact???

Yes. Here is the link to the auction site. I guess they want to keep the crowds down and the profits up. http://www.auctionsamerica.com/event...?SaleCode=LH11

What was the deal with the $2000 deposit to be a bidder? Is that credited back to you when you are done, almost like a down payment? ....and whether or not you win an auction?

ok for those that not participated in auctions, the 2K is a guarantee of bid,. it weans out the people that are there to take up land and dont plan on bidding in the first place. What ever you bid on the 2k is put toward the purchase. keep in mind if you plan to pay cash it is not the case.,,
good luck
