I had 2 sets of shocks and sent the worst out for rebuilds. I used these until the came back. These are NOT frozen. All move smoothy ,some are looser. I did not adjust them. The shocks are complete with the adjusters and arms. Bodies are not pitted. $600 plus shippingSANY0908.jpg
