Default 351 Cleveland Edelbrock Heads

Hi guys, Thanks for all your input on my engine questions. I've decided to stick with the Cleveland motor that came with my '56 Pickup.

I've found a deal on some Edelbrock Performer heads. What are your opinions on the performance increase using these heads ?

I have also found some "Aussie" heads. Not sure which one to go with.

Thanks, Paul

Depends on the cost of each of the heads and how far you plan to build the engine for performance. If the Edelbrocks are significantly higher ((and I expect they will, I sold a bare pair of australian cleveland heads this week for $200)) and this is going to be strictly a street engine, a little time spent porting the "Aussies" will give you a very good performer.
