Dakota digital dash front and back
I just got a Dakota digital dash today for my 49 woodie hot rod with 94 mustang 302 and AOD. I also got the electric fan control with it. The electric fan is currently controlled by air temperature and this will allow me to control by water temperature. I think the look of the black face is not wildly different than the original gauges I have been using. The original gauges will go on my wall hanger dash.
The large box is where you land your wires. A phone type connection goes to the gauges. Nice to have a tach and volt meter as well. I don't like their digital dashes but the analog ones are cool! Next is FITech throttle body FI. Last edited by mrtexas; 05-04-2016 at 06:33 PM. |

Re: Dakota digital dash hotrod post
Though a bit out of the scope of this forum, I think that this will work out very nicely for the vehicle you have described. I like it.
One question; does it fit correctly into the stock dash opening? Oh, another one! When you say "phone-type connection", do you mean like RJ-11? |
