I continue to be amazed at the number of Model A vehicles stashed away in barns, garages, under tarps, etc. It is only more evidence of the respect people have for these old Fords. Does any other make survive so well?

Just curious about the dents in the rear/top of the cab. Any thoughts on how those would happen? Dents on the deck lid I think are more typical.

Looks good from one side. man I woulda had to tan some little b*stards a** for beating up the back like that, way overpriced in my book. It's interesting, all the people that find one sitting in a barn, think that makes it worth more.

There is allot sitting in barns in Conn. Not Model "A' collections but 35/36 Fords... If you heard of the story about a old barn with endless 35/36 ford n.o.s. parts hanging from the ceiling [its true] .North of Hartford Conn. .Its no secret up there... that's all this old man collected [well he collected when he was young] l.o.l. 35/36 cars bumper to bumper stuffed in another barn. The 1930 coupe looks solid but must of been in a barn that got hit by a tree...Hope it gets restored...trunk lid needs allot of metal heat and shrink work...

Looks like it was treated as a shelf in the barn to put things on such as lumber, paint cans, etc.

Sure looks as if something fell on it. I like the fact that it is a standard coupe with a trunk. That in itself is hard to find. I would just drive it. Gar Williams

that car was on the hamb with the story of the dents . the family that had it was used as a farm truck hauling rocks and heavy bags etc on the rear section of the car.

Looks like, to me, someone, very angry, went to work on this car.

That old man was Don and he died a few years ago. He started with model A's in the 60, and became interested in 36 fords and collected at least one of every model including an ambulance and a Brewster town car. His stuff has been dispersed. The first model A I drove was his mother's 28 phaeton, at a club picnic. I was 13 years old.
