You're just trying to butter us up and get on our good side!

Good score though. I can only imagine you're not yet at optimal packing density for parts.

And yes, if not restorable as is, it certainly can provide donor panels for those in need.

Great find ! a buddy of mine , has a buddy who runs a junk yard , he keeps an eye out for "good stuff" gives a call when it comes in , you wouldn't believe what shows up. Early ford trannys , hit&miss motors, A&T parts . One mans junk is another mans treasure.

I'm a wuss! I sold it to a local guy for $1100.

I just have to many projects and if I buy a coupe, I want it to be in a lot better shape.

I'm actually thinking of buying a non molested original car and drive it while doing modifications.

Nothin' wrong with that decision, he may have the resources and interest to build it, if nothin else, someone's restoration might get completed. Even if it gets parted in a dozen directions it is better off than being crushed.

FINALLY!!!

I heard about this car a few weeks back and finally secured the deal.

Not bad for a hand full of thousands!

I was originally thinking of chopping it but I think it's a better idea to keep it as is for now and just enjoy it.

I guess I should start shopping for hydraulic brakes, and steel wheels.

I'll keep it stock for awhile or maybe forever.

I want to drive it before I start making decisions.

It has a vacuum leak at the intake so today I'm headed to the machine shop and hopefully driving it today.

I would enjoy the Model A as it is with good mechanical brakes and 19" wheels. If you want to look for parts to change, you could look for the correct wiper motor. Sure looks like a nice car to drive just as it is. A 2 blade aluminum fan would look more correct and is considered safer than the 4 blade, which sometimes throws a blade.

I hope you come to appreciate the car as it is and when you get tired of it, sell it to someone who will have the same appreciation you initially had, someone new to the hobby, young or retired.
