The Helmet factory ???
The helmet ( divers bell program) is working very well. So well that i hired anothe rpart timer to help us out...This is the first batch shipped.
Bear with us a bit as we are VERY busy with this and other distributor order. My office manager told me this morning i was 72 orders behind today . Terry is trying to keep the floor cleaned up and the new girl ( Shelly aka " the bean" ) is doing the helmets .. |

Re: The Helmet factory ???
As with any topic there is usually more than one point of view, opinion, or interpretation and when it comes to politics you are entitled to yours I just wish you would take it out to the curb. This is still THE FORD BARN

Re: The Helmet factory ???
Had the great experience of stopping in the shop this week and as busy as Jim and his staff are, he took the time to give my wife and the grand tour. What a great group of people they are. Can't say enough. Thanks Jim. Gordon & Chris

Re: The Helmet factory ???
We have tried many ways to get these done and i think this has been the best.
Let Terry and the Bean tear them down and degrease all parts , polish on wire and fiber wheel. Paint point plates and install new points then hand me the order in a box to assemble . I have other things ( and orders etc) to do as well.... Seems to work really well ,so far we have done , cleaned, painted and assembled 6-7 in a day. My goal is to do 10 a day until we are caught up, we will see how we do next week???? Also i am out for a couple days next week with a pinched nerve in my back, have a doctors appointment tuesday morning early. Hoping a shot will fix it ??? Wish me luck with this one.... |

Hey Jim,
Back problems are serious matter, so will be keeping good thots for your cure/improvement.. As far as 'shot', well um..consider canadian club not cortisone !! Boss question: Got a 'doctors note' son (grin)? |

Re: The Helmet factory ???
Nice to see an American business providing jobs and a good service to the hobby. Shelly (aka the Bean) is the most attractive helmet distributor re-builder that I have ever seen .
