Re: 33-34 light duty panel
Could be. The wheel well location could help to identify. If it is more off center to wards the front, then probably 32. Closer to center then 33-34. The door is for something more late 40's and probably not Ford.

Re: 33-34 light duty panel
As mentioned the wheel well location is different, '32 is 106" WB and '33-'34 are 112", but I believe the '32 looks more centered. The upper side panel reveal lines are different between the two also, with a radius that matches the one shown in your photo at the front and rear on the '32. If there is a like radius at both ends on the upper reveal line then it's '32, and if the rear is radiused and the front square you have '33-'34 quarters. The door shown is not Ford.

Re: 33-34 light duty panel
Post a pic of the front lower section of the fender where it sits on the frame. There should be a small raised area near where the grill shell sits.If so its a 33-34 commercial. The dash is 33-34 commercial.

Re: 33-34 light duty panel
Most likely yes.A mounting hole for the front frame horn is in the slope next to where it flattens out .Maybe someone can chime in and post a pic.
