3049 Remflex exhaust manifold gasket set

Had them on the truck for about a year and a half. One of them was leaking and despite being torqued like all the others, it has pretty much completely failed. Sent an email to them but nothing. Crickets basically.
I’ll have to give them a call, but come on….. really? It’s not like I’m trying to communicate via text message. Not too pleased to say the least.
